Using podference we accomplish two things: the first one is, we get more participants to actually listen to the calls, as one of the frustrations about doing conference calls is not enough people get on the call live. Even if you publish the call through a website, it's very reactive or you have to rely on them to go get it. Second, we actually send or podcast the call to them, we see a big difference. More people actually listen to the call because it shows up in their iPod. Furthermore, it positions us as on the cutting-edge, dealing with the latest technology in terms of what's going with conference calls. We still have people who don't fully grasp how it works but they love the idea that the call just shows up and that it does work.
